We do not directly provide any employment, contracting services, or manual labor[cite: 4]. We are an "Intermediary" as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000. The actual transaction, agreement, or service delivery happens solely between the users at their own discretion and risk[cite: 4]. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services advertised by workers or the jobs posted by customers.
3. Eligibility & Registration
To use Kaamconnect, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. If you are registering on behalf of a business (Shop Owner/Contractor), you declare that you have the legal authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. User Accounts, Credits & Security
Users must provide accurate information during registration[cite: 4]. For Shop Owners purchasing leads using credits/wallet balance, please note that credits used to unlock leads are non-refundable once the lead details are accessed[cite: 4]. Kaamconnect holds no responsibility if a lead does not convert into a successful job. Account security is the sole responsibility of the user[cite: 4]. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your OTP, password, or account access with unauthorized individuals.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
While using our platform, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:
โข Posting fake, fraudulent, or misleading job requirements.
โข Harassing, abusing, or threatening any other user over call, chat, or in person.
โข Requesting or offering illegal services, banned substances, or adult content.
โข Scraping data, hacking, or deploying bots to extract phone numbers from the platform.
Any violation of these rules will result in immediate permanent suspension of your account and potential legal action under cyber laws.
โข Jhoothi (fake) ya fraud job requirements post karna.
โข Kisi bhi anya user ko call ya chat par pareshan karna, gaali dena ya dhamki dena.
โข Gair-kanooni (illegal) kaam ki maang karna ya offer dena.
โข Website ko hack karna ya bot lagakar dusre users ke phone numbers churana.
In niyam ko todne par aapka account turant aur hamesha ke liye block kar diya jayega aur kanooni karyawahi bhi ki ja sakti hai.
6. Fees, Payments & Taxes
Kaamconnect does not charge any commission on the jobs completed. All financial settlements for services rendered are strictly between the Customer and the Worker/Shop Owner. Users are independently responsible for understanding and fulfilling their tax obligations (including GST, Income Tax, etc.) arising from the payments they make or receive through offline or online means outside this platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kaamconnect shall not be held liable for any disputes, financial losses, quality issues, safety incidents, or frauds occurring between customers, shop owners, or workers[cite: 4]. Users are strongly advised to verify the identity and credentials of the other party before engaging in any financial transaction or physical work[cite: 4]. Under no circumstances shall Kaamconnect, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaamconnect and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any rights of any other person or entity.

By uploading content (like job descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content to facilitate our services.
10. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of Kaamconnect shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. By using the platform, you expressly waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
